Do I need to change my phone number?
No. You keep your existing mobile. We use the standard call-forwarding feature built into every Australian carrier — your customers keep calling your normal number.
Which carriers does it work with?
All of them. Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, and any MVNO (Boost, Kogan, Aldi Mobile, Woolworths Mobile, etc.). Conditional call forwarding is a GSM standard, not a carrier feature.
Do my customers know it's AI?
No. The texts come from a local Australian number and read like a normal person wrote them. You can even adjust the tone in your settings — more Aussie, more professional, whatever fits your business.
